Rhino-Rack Web Services API Terms of Use

Thank you for using the Rhino-Rack Web Services API (Web Starter, Web Pro or Web Pro +). By using the API, you agree to the terms below. If you disagree with any of these terms, Rhino-Rack does not grant you a license to use the Rhino-Rack API. We reserve the right to update and change these terms from time to time without notice.

You may not use the Rhino-Rack API and may not accept the Terms if you are not a certified Rhino-Rack dealer.
When using the Rhino-Rack APIs, you may not (or allow those acting on your behalf to): Sublicense the API for use by a third party or reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the API.

Unless permitted, you will not, and will not permit end users or others acting on your behalf to remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights notices; or falsify or delete any author attributions, legal notices, or other labels of the origin or source of material.

Limitation of Liability
Rhino-Rack shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with use of the APIs, whether based on misinformation of product content, instructions, pricing, warranty, stock availability or any other pecuniary loss, whether or not Rhino-Rack has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Under no circumstances shall Rhino-Rack be liable to you for any amount.

If you terminate your involvement as a Rhino-Rack dealer you are obligated to immediately stop using the Rhino-Rack API. You must also immediately delete all content if we terminate your use of the API for breach of these Terms.
